The Pick+Place Robot is an effective and flexible high-speed solution for various applications requiring utmost precision in handling. During the transfer of the wafers/cells between the ingoing and outgoing transport belts, the number of tracks used can vary between one and five. Furthermore, wafers/cells can be set down in boxes or removed from them. An integrated camera system detects position, defects or overlapping wafers/cells. Specially developed Bernoulli grippers ensure gentle and contact-free handling.
