Cell line
When the mono or multi-crystalline solar cells are finished more concepts are available. Full and part automatic cluster processes for throughputs of 1100-6600 wafers per hour or customer specific solutions. What concept is used depends on different factors, such as how capable of expansion the capacity is, automation rate and the customer's available space. The level of the cell efficiency rate is determined through the process mix and the wafer material.
